The Canvas Help staff is available to assist you with any aspect of preparing your course materials, using and supporting you in your use of the Canvas LMS.

Canvas Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I log in?
Instructors can log in from the 麻豆原创 homepage or through eStaff and click the Canvas link found under Additional Information.

What if I forgot my password?
Your password to eStaff is the same as your email and workstation password. If you need help with the password contact the Help Desk at 352-395-5999.

How do I customize my settings?

Where can I get help?
When logged into Canvas, use the Global menu (dark blue menu on the left) to click on Help or the question mark icon and then select your preferred support option (phone or live chat). Faculty and staff who have specialty questions, LTI requests, merging requests, and other higher-level questions should contact lms.admin@sfcollege.edu.

When will the shells for the next term appear so I can start building/copying my course content?
Canvas course shells are built three weeks prior to the term beginning.

When are the students loaded to my class(es)?
We load the students the business day prior to courses beginning. You do need to publish your course for the students to see it.
