Getting Help in Canvas

Canvas support is available 24/7 by phone and online chat. All users can access Tier One support for help with common questions.

Tip: You may be able to find your answer quickly in the Canvas Guides:

Direct login to Canvas:

Live Chat with Canvas Support (Online)

  1. In the Global Navigation Menu, select the Help icon (see screenshot).
  2. Choose Live Chat with Canvas Support (Students)
  3. Fill out the required fields.
  4. Select Start Chatting.

Canvas Support Hotline (Phone)

  1. In the Global Navigation Menu, select the Help icon (see screenshot).
  2. Dial the number listed below Canvas Support Hotline

Search the Canvas Guides

  1. In the Global Navigation Menu, select the Help icon (see screenshot).
  2. Choose Search the Canvas Guide
  3. Select the topic that best addresses your question
